Ukrainian Art On Display In Baden-Baden

The historic German city of Baden-Baden, with its wonderful tradition of art and culture dating back as far as the Roman emperor Hadrian, recently hosted the the cultural and artistic exhibition project 'Ukrainian Art in Baden-Baden'

The exhibition took place in the context of the annual Contemporary Art Baden-Baden art festival and the project 'Cultural diplomacy Germany – Ukraine'

This exhibition, presented to a cosmopolitan European audience, showcased the surrealist works of such esteemed artists as Ukrainian photographer Oleksandr Shimbarovsky, a modern park sculptural composition by artist Rasim Seydimov, as well as works by German photographer Mark Junghans.

The project was implemented with the support and assistance of Foundation for Advancement of Arts, headed by the director of the organisation and curator of the exhibition, Yurii Krulikovskiy.
