Rugby World Cup: England knock Australia into touch!

Despite a thrilling onslaught by Australia at the very start of the game - the Wallabies had 90% of possession in the first 12 minutes - England played at their very best, and completely dominated from then on.

Very few teams could have defended so well against the Australians.

Next Saturday England will meet either New Zealand or Ireland in the semi-finals, either opponent will present a major challenge.

This does, of course, raise the tantalising prospect of an England-Wales World Cup final!
