The scandal of Communist China’s forced organ harvesting trade continues to shock the world. On Wednesday June 29th an invited audience of journalists and human rights activists will hear evidence from former prisoners with personal experience of the programme.

The meeting will be opened by a prominent Member of the European Parliament, and moderated by EU Today publisher Gary Cartwright.

Also present (via Zoom) will be Carlos Iglesias, head of the legal team of NGO Doctors Against Forced Organ Harvesting (DAFOH), who will discuss a draft legal text that could be used as a template for governments to combat organ-harvesting.

Willy Fautre, founder and director of Brussels-based Human Rights Without Frontiers will discuss the current situation regarding the human rights situation in general in China today.

Nico Bijnens, President of Falun Gong Belgium will also be present, and will introduce chilling video evidence of the targeting of young Falun Gong practitioners, whose healthy life-style makes them targets for the organ harvesting industry.

The event will be live-streamed here: https://www.youtube.com/channe…
