Jammu & Kashmir

The young men, namely Hamza Razzaq and Saghir Mushtaq, two brave sons of the soul have been caught by a Pakistani military soldier or soldiers at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH), Rawalakot. The incident occurred a couple of days before at what is a famous tourist attraction in the region.

We have learned that this incident occurred, but this is certainly not the first or the only time, but we are committed to resolve it must be the last in Pakistani Occupied Territories.

We are also committed to record and report those incidents where Pakistani military personnel  are involved in sexual misconduct against local female employees at the hospital.

What are our demands?

We demand that all Pakistani military forces and personnel must vacate all towns, villages and medical installations such as CMH etc and other areas from Neelam to Nakyal.

This demand will submitted as a matter of record to the United Nations Security Council, United Nations Human Rights Council,  European External Action Service, and to the United Nations Military Observer Group in India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP) as well as to all the other international and regional agencies working for the promotion and protection of rights of the people in “disputed” regions.
