With just a few hours to go until the Opening Ceremony of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, more than 2 million tickets have been sold, including almost 1 million since the start of the Olympic competitions on 24th July.

The party continues

Following the record-breaking success of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games (9.535 million tickets sold), spectators are looking forward to the ‘Return Match’ of the Paralympic Games. Starting this Wednesday 28th August with an Opening Ceremony in the heart of the city, the amazing atmosphere, dramatic sporting competition, and exceptional athletes of the Paris 2024 Games continues.

Hospitality – for the first time at the Paralympic Games, a hospitality programme is being offered

From the Opening Ceremony of the Paralympic Games on 28 August, Paris 2024‘s official hospitality provider, On Location, is offering ceremony guests a privileged outdoor experience in the Jardin des Tuileries before they go to the grandstand to watch the athletes’ parade and the show directed by Alexander Ekman.

On the occasion of this exclusive garden party, On Location will unveil the exhibition ‘When arts meet athletes’ designed in association with the IPC and Paris 2024. In the garden of the Jeu de Paume, in the immediate vicinity of the Place de la Concorde ceremony, hospitality customers will have access to this unique exhibition, which will contrast images of the sporting gestures of Paralympic athletes with some of the finest works of art in the Louvre.

For the competitions, customers can choose between two types of hospitality packages (tickets included), designed to suit their wishes and budget: a ‘Lounge’ package with guaranteed areas at the heart of the sporting action, and a ‘Fan Kit’ package.

Hospitality packages are available for 8 Para sports (Para athletics, wheelchair basketball, blind football, Para track cycling, Para judo, Para swimming, wheelchair rugby, wheelchair tennis) as well as for the two ceremonies. These offers allow customers to be immersed in the passion and emotion generated by the exploits of the Paralympic athletes at the iconic competition venues.
