Former Ukrainian State Prosecutor reveals the truth about the Bidens

The Republicans have encountered something very serious in their investigations...

James Comer, Chairman of the U.S. Oversight Committee, the main investigative committee of the United States House of Representatives, obtained Form FD-1023 from the FBI. As a result of Comer’s scoop, a somewhat forgotten hero of the Biden alleged corruption epic emerged, the owner of the Ukrainian Burisma oil and gas company, Mykola Zlochevsky.

He is the former Yanukovych-era Minister of Natural Resources in Ukraine.

Mykola Zlochevsky

During his reign, his company Burisma obtained 9 scarce mining licenses and increased its annual production sevenfold.

Immediately after the the fall of Yanukovych in 2014, Zlochevsky enlisted the support of the Biden family to protect his assets. The Ukrainian oligarch allegedly hired Hunter Biden and his associates in exchange for the political influence of Biden senior, who was Vice President at the time, and who oversaw funding for Ukraine in the White House. Hunter Biden became a member of the Board of Directors of Burisma in April 2014.

Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) just stated recently, referring to the 15 audio recordings of Hunter Biden, held by the FBI: “The foreign national possesses 15 audio recordings of phone calls between him and Hunter Biden.”

According to the 1023, the foreign national possesses two audio recordings of phone calls between him and then-Vice President Joe Biden.

These recordings were allegedly kept as a sort of insurance policy for the foreign national in case he got into a tight spot. The 1023 also indicates that then-Vice President Joe Biden “may have been involved in Burisma employing Hunter Biden.

The whole atmosphere around the infamous Burisma case was described recently by former New York mayor Rudy Guliani: “We find out that the Bidens took a $10 million bribe from a Ukrainian Mykola Zlochevsky, which I could have told you, you know, and did tell [the DOJ] three years ago. And they followed up on none of the evidence I gave them. They were hoping that people would disappear or die. It’s extraordinary”

He added: “One witness … who is a woman, who is the chief accountant at this crooked company, Burisma. She was the wife of the former owner, who died under suspicious circumstances. And she was willing to give up all of the offshore bank accounts, including the Bidens. And she’s supervised the transfer of a lot more cash to the Bidens and other crooked politicians for Burisma.

There is, however, an even more interesting personality who could shed more light on the whole saga than anyone else if called upon to testify before the U.S. Congress.

No other than Victor Shokin, the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine who investigated the machinations of Nikolai Zlochevsky and began to look into the Hunter Biden cases.

In his memoirs, former Prosecutor General Victor Shokin concludes, based on the results of his investigation, that official Washington, represented by Hunter Biden and his father Joe Biden, becomes the “roof” (protection giver)  for the oil and gas company Burisma.

In the fifth chapter, “M. Zlochevsky and Hunter Biden. Washington’s “Shield” for Burisma” (101 – 114 pages), Victor Shokin’s book, much earlier than Comer’s assignment in the U.S. Congress, reveals the influence peddling that Hunter Biden did with his father’s full support.

This memoir was compiled by Victor Shokin in 2020 in book form and shared with friends. Funnily enough, Hunter Biden’s name is spelled Gunter in the Russian way.

Shokin’s memoirs contain the opinion of the well-known Ukrainian jurist, doctor of law, professor, head of the Faculty of Law of the National University of Kiev (Ukraine), Andrzej Modzewski (Krakow, Poland) O.O. Merezhko, who, on the basis of recordings of telephone conversations between Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Joe Biden, whose identity has not been refuted by the White House, conducts a detailed legal analysis of the consequences of U.S. Vice President Joe Biden’s pressure on Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to resign Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin (see pages 154-160 of the book).

His analysis is detailed and devastating to both Bidens, as is a conversation leaked a few years ago in which Biden calls for Shokin to be fired in exchange for $1 billion in loan guarantees.

Interestingly, Biden later admitted to publicly pressuring Poroshenko.

Shokin himself attributed his dismissal to the fact that his investigation of Zlochevsky had moved closer to Hunter Biden and that he was already preparing to subpoena the U.S. Vice President’s son for questioning.

Shokin recalls: “I got out of the car, lost consciousness and fell to the ground. I don’t remember exactly what happened next, but those who were around told me later that I was very lucky that it happened at that place and time.”  He claims that somebody tried to poison him then with mercury (see pages 212-218 of Shokin’s book);

The Republicans, in order to understand all these incidents of corruption, urgently need to bring Zlochevsky and Shokin before Congress to testify.

But for some reason, they appear to be in no hurry whatsoever to do that.

The Republicans appear to project need to protect them.

In Congress, Shokin could talk about exactly how Hunter Biden made millions in fees, and how this relates to his father’s high position, and how funds were funnelled to Biden’s firm, Rosemont Seneca, through the Baltic firm Wirelogic Technology A.S., controlled by Nikolai Zlochevsky.

This is a must for the entire U.S. justice system. There are already serious grounds for serious hearings involving Shokin – as the NYP recently reported, former federal prosecutor Bud Cummins informed current U.S. Attorney in New York Jeff Berman in 2018 of Biden’s possible involvement in corruption in the Burisma case.

However, the matter was hushed up. “I really can not think of a legitimate reason why the Justice Department would not accept such a complaint. I felt it was a stone wall,” Cummins said.

And what about Victor Shokin himself? ? He would be willing to testify if his safety is guaranteed. He has just spoken from his current place of refuge in Europe.

Will Victor Shokin testify in Washington? The principles of virtue and justice surely demand it.
